Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices, Taxes and Duties

  • Prices are in Euro and include Italian taxes (VAT 22%).
  • Orders shipped outside the EU: Italian taxes (VAT 22%) will be automatically removed at checkout. Import taxes, customs duties, and fees may be applied by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping costs are added at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.
  • If a product is not in stock, it can usually be made to order with an average delivery time of about 2 weeks.
  • Products may be slightly modified to improve design or functionality.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for color exchange, product exchange, store credit, or refund.
  • Customized or bespoke products cannot be returned, unless defective.
  • Items already exchanged once are not eligible for a second return.

Return conditions

  • Item unused and in original condition
  • Original tags and seals intact
  • Returned in original packaging with all accessories and free gifts

Costs and refunds

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges.
  • For returns from outside the EU, re-import costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days via the original payment method (timing may depend on your bank).

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Defects or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@delgiudiceroma.com with your order number and photos if requested.
  • Once confirmed, we will replace or refund the product at our expense.
  • If the packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, please sign the courier receipt “Accepted subject to inspection” and notify us within 24 hours.

Return Instructions

To request a return, please e-mail info@delgiudiceroma.com within 14 days of delivery, including:

  • Order number
  • Item code(s)
  • Reason for return (exchange, credit, refund)

We will provide return authorization and instructions.

Orders

  • Orders can be placed online, by e-mail, phone, or fax.
  • Please check your Order Confirmation and notify us promptly of any errors. If no correction is communicated, the confirmation will be considered valid.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or natural differences in leather tanning. For accurate color matching, you may request free leather swatches before ordering.

All Del Giudice Roma products are handmade in Italy using Italian materials and labor.

By placing an order, the customer declares to be of legal age according to the law of their country of residence.

All sales are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, Italy.
