what is your return policy? + -

If for any reason Customers are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 10 days from the receiving of the shipment for color exchange, product exchange, store credit or refund.

It is NOT possible to return, except if with defects or damaged:

- Customized or Bespoke products
- Products already replaced

Return fees are charged to the customer.

In the case of returns from areas outside the U.E. will be deducted from the refund of all costs related to the cost of re-importation. Duties or other charges imposed by your government are not refunded.

If you asked to be reimbursed will be credited the amount corresponding to the value of the returned product(s) within 10 working days. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The amount of the return will be credited according to the method of payment chosen. In the event of a refund to your credit card, please wait the requisite time period to the banks so that the amount will appear on your bank statement, usually the next statement of account debiting.

how do i return or exchange my order? + -

Please e-mail to info@delgiudiceroma.com within 10 days from the delivery date to request a return authorization.

Please include also Order Number , Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is color exchange, product exchange, store credit or refund.

If all the aforementioned conditions are met, your return will be successfully processed.

If you wish to make an exchange you will be responsible for the new shipping charge, except in the case of defective or damaged products.

Before creating a return request make sure that all the following conditions exist:
- The tag must be still attached and the seal unbroken.
- The product must be unused and in the same conditions as received.
- All original accessories, included free gifts, must be returned with the product.
- The product must to be returned in original packing.

can i change my order? + -

Please contact us using the links below for any requests to change or cancel your recently placed order. Based on the status of your order, we will make every effort to assist with your request.

  • Change Order (issues with the order such as errors to the shipping address, incorrect item quantity, etc.)
  • Cancel Order (in the e-mail please specify the reason)
do you ship internationally? + -

Yes, we ship worldwide using Fedex, DHL, GLS or alternatively Poste Italiane. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout.

what payment metods do you accept? + -

We accept debit cards and major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Maestro, JCB, American Express as well as PayPal, using which you can pay with most credit cards.

Before you add a card make sure that you can use it for recurring payments and online international transactions.

what are the delivery times for -made to order- products ? + -

The products "Made to Order" are crafted especially for the customers and usually shipped in about 2 weeks.
