If the minimum amount to get free shipping is not reached, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated in the order form.
Bespoke and custom products don’t benefit of the Free Shipping.
Orders for UE Countries included Italian Value Added Tax of 22%.
Orders for Countries extra UE are exempt Italian Value Added Tax (22%) but may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by destination country.
Payment of these import fees is the sole responsability of the customer.
- RETURNS and REFUND POLICY
If for any reason Customers are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 14 days from the receiving of the shipment for color exchange, product exchange, store credit or refund.
It is NOT possible to return, except if with defects or damaged:
– Customized or Bespoke products
– Products already replaced
Return fees are charged to the customer.
If you asked to be reimbursed will be credited the amount corresponding to the value of the returned product(s) within 5 working days. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
The amount of the return will be credited according to the method of payment chosen. In the event of a refund to your credit card, please wait the requisite time period to the banks so that the amount will appear on your bank statement, usually the next statement of account debiting.
In the case of returns from areas outside the U.E. will be deducted from the refund of all costs related to the cost of re-importation. Duties or other charges imposed by your government are not refunded.
If you wish to make an exchange you will be responsible for the new shipping charge, except in the case of defective or damaged products.
Before creating a return request make sure that all the following conditions exist:
– The tag must be still attached and the seal unbroken
– The product must be unused and in the same conditions as received
– All original accessories, included free gifts, must be returned with the product
– The product must to be returned in original packing
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In case of Return and Exchange for defective or mistaken items Del Giudice Roma will either refund you in full or replace the item which was defective or mistaken, entirely at its own expense.
If you think you have received a defective product, please contact us by e-mail at the address email@example.com within 48 hours upon the delivery providing the order number and your telephone number. We could ask photographic documentation. Would be possible that Once we have established that there is a production defect we will send you a new product as soon as possible. It is very important that you stick to the deadlines in order to ensure the correct procedures can be started.
If this was an obvious damage to the packaging, upon receipt of order, please affix the word “ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the delivery receipt and contact us at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org us within 24 hours and describe the problem. It is very important that you stick to the deadlines in order to ensure the correct procedures can be started.
E-mail to email@example.com within 14 days from the delivery date to request a return authorization. Please include Order Number , Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is color exchange, product exchange, store credit or refund.
If all the aforementioned conditions are met, your return will be successfully processed.
